The importance of acknowledging responsibility for how we take care of ourselves and our planet is one of our top priorities, significantly influencing everything we aim to accomplish while celebrating curiosity, creativity, joy of firsts and age old methods. We are extremely happy to be working with suppliers, producers and organisations which share these values.

From sourcing products and produce as locally as possible to reducing single use packaging, we are heading towards our target of being a zero waste restaurant.

Collaborating with our neighbours the BKD and Deutsche Schreberjugend we have many exciting projects planned for the near future. From composting food waste for Berlin’s allotment gardens to working with gardeners to source local and unique produce with a story.
